A calming sky bar with wonderful views of Phnom Penh during the night time. Great cocktails, we had two home signatures along with the whisky sour, all of which happy. There was an easy listening Filipino band playing, plus the band was accepting of track requests. Great for an evening to wind down, with interesting breeze.Sitting for the junction
